Frequently asked questions

What files can I upload?

PNG (best, with a transparent background), JPEG, WebP, TIFF, HEIC/AVIF and SVG, up to 100 MB. PDF, GIF and Photoshop files aren't supported: export to PNG or SVG instead.

What does the print quality rating mean?

We compare your image's pixels to the size you place it at. 'Good' meets the recommended resolution. 'Fair' may look slightly soft and you'll need to confirm before ordering. 'Low' can't be ordered at that size: use 'Resize to good quality' or upload a larger file.

Why is my design being checked?

Designs that may contain logos, brands, characters or real people are checked by a person before printing, usually within 24 hours. Your card is only authorized, not charged, until approved.

Can I cancel?

Yes, within 2 hours of payment from your order page. After that your order is in production.

Will the colors match my screen?

Close, but not exactly: screens show light, prints use ink. Very bright or neon colors usually print a little duller.

Is there a minimum order?

No. Every item is made individually.
