Returns & reprints

Because each product is made just for you, we can't accept returns for change of mind or the wrong size or color choice. Your statutory rights are not affected.

We'll reprint or refund for free if:

• your item arrives damaged,
• it has a manufacturing defect or misprint (it differs materially from your approved design), or
• you received the wrong product, size or color.

How to claim

Use Report a problem on your order page within 30 days of delivery, with clear photos showing the problem (for misprints, the whole printed area). You usually don't need to send the item back.

Not covered

• Softness or pixelation on designs ordered at "Fair" print quality (you confirmed this when ordering).
• Normal variations: screen vs. print color, small placement shifts (about ½″), size within the manufacturer's tolerance.
• Issues in your own file: typos, cropped or low-quality artwork, backgrounds you chose to keep.
