Shipping

Every item is made to order by our production partner and shipped directly to you.

Timing

• Production: usually 2–7 business days after your order is charged.
• Delivery: depends on the method you choose at checkout; estimates are shown there. They are estimates, not guarantees.
• Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking.

Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address and items. International orders may be charged import duties or taxes on arrival, which the recipient pays.

Tracking

We email tracking as soon as your order ships. You can also follow it from the link in your confirmation email.

Addresses

Please double-check your address. Packages returned as undeliverable can be reshipped at your cost; see our Terms of Service §10.6.
